And without realizing it, I had helped build it.
My identity had quietly fused with production.
As long as my value was tied to what I produced, I would always be seen as the person who executed rather than the person who led.

The work that followed required brutal honesty with myself.
I had to confront the beliefs shaping how I saw my value.
The habits I had mastered that no longer served me.
The patterns quietly repeating beneath the surface of how I operated.
Through that process I developed the tools, strategies, and discipline required to break the cycle of execution I had built around myself and redirect my effort and energy toward the capabilities my next chapter required.
Those lived experiences and breakthroughs now shape the work I do with others.
